SHIPPING

We usually ship 1 to 3 business days after we received your order and your payment is confirmed. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking code as soon as we have handed your order to the shipping company.

EU ORDERS
All European orders are shipped from Danemark using GLS. Such shipping is free of charge; countries outside the EU (for example, Norway and Switzerland) may apply additional import duties or taxes. Moreover, customs clearance may add extra transit time. Additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please note orders from the UK are subject to import duties and taxes.

WORLDWIDE ORDERS
Orders are shipped from Canada using FedEx. Such shipping is free of charge; additional import duties or taxes may apply. Moreover, customs clearance may add extra transit time. Additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. 

It is not possible to deliver to freight forwarders, hotels, PO Boxes or army BFPO. We don't ship on either weekends or public holidays.

DELIVERY CHARGES
We pack all of our products carefully to make sure they arrive in great condition. We try to keep shipping costs equal to or below the price of postage, including the cost of packaging. Postage and packaging are calculated before payment at checkout and vary depending on your order's contents and the delivery destination. 
All the prices on our site are not inclusive of any applicable local taxes.

PAYMENTS
Payment is to be made in US Dollars. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add processing or administration charges, which you will be liable to pay. We accept all major credit and debit cards. RETURNS

Not fully satisfied with your Notio? 

We hope you love your Notio purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with it or have just changed your mind, please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace.

We will refund outbound shipping costs for any returned items. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you return something to us, we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund, we'll aim to refund you within 7 days. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges. Notio is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any costs incurred by Notio in receiving the returned item may be deducted from the refund amount.
